WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS

To My Couples—
You’re engaged — what a gift.
Wedding photography is more than beautiful images; it’s being invited into one of the most meaningful days of your life.
The anticipation, the emotion, the joy — I’m there to capture it all, both the expected and the in‑between.
It’s an honor to witness your story in a way that feels real, natural, and true to you.
Because the moments that don’t behave?
Those are the ones you’ll treasure most.
If this feels like the kind of experience you’re looking for, I’d love to hear what you’re planning.
With love,
Cristina

FAQ

How do we know if we're the right fit?
Your wedding photographer is one of the few people who will be by your side throughout your entire day, so finding someone you genuinely connect with matters. If you're drawn to natural, emotion-filled images and want someone who will offer guidance when needed while allowing real moments to unfold, we're probably a great fit. My goal is for you to feel comfortable enough to simply enjoy your wedding while I document it as it naturally happens.
We're not photogenic. Can you help us?
Absolutely. Nearly every couple tells me this before their wedding. You don't need modeling experience or perfectly practiced poses. I use gentle prompts, movement, and conversation to help you relax so your photos feel natural instead of stiff. My job is to create an experience where you can focus on each other—not the camera.
Why should we invest in professional wedding photography?
Your wedding day will pass faster than you expect, and your photographs become one of the few things that grow more meaningful over time. They preserve the people, emotions, and moments you'll never be able to recreate. My approach is about more than creating beautiful portraits—it's about documenting your story honestly so you can relive how your day truly felt for years to come.
Should we choose the Signature Collection or The Dowl Experience?
The Signature Collection is perfect for couples who want beautiful, complete coverage of their wedding day. Most couples choose this collection when they have a more traditional timeline and don't need additional coverage beyond the wedding itself.
The Dowl Experience is designed for couples who want a more elevated, full-service experience. It includes extended coverage, a complimentary engagement session, a second photographer, planning support, priority sneak peeks, and greater flexibility throughout the day. If you're planning a larger celebration, want both partners getting ready documented, or simply don't want to worry about fitting everything into a set timeline, this is the collection I'd recommend.
If you're unsure which is the best fit, don't worry—after learning more about your wedding plans, I'll help guide you toward the collection that makes the most sense for your day.
How many hours should we book?
Every wedding is unique, but most couples choose 8–10 hours to comfortably capture getting ready, the ceremony, family portraits, cocktail hour, sunset portraits, and much of the reception. If you're planning a smaller celebration, less coverage may be all you need. Once I learn more about your day, I'll recommend the collection and coverage that best fits your timeline.
Do you help us plan our wedding timeline?
Absolutely. One of my favorite parts of the process is helping your day flow naturally. I'll work with you to create a photography timeline that allows plenty of time for portraits while making sure you can be fully present with the people you love. My goal is to create a schedule that feels relaxed—not rushed.
What happens if something unexpected happens on the wedding day?
Wedding days are wonderfully unpredictable, and that's completely normal. Whether the timeline shifts, the weather changes, or plans evolve throughout the day, I adapt right alongside you. Photographing weddings has taught me to stay calm, flexible, and focused on documenting what matters most—so you can stay present and enjoy your celebration.
How long does it take to receive our gallery?
Your fully edited online gallery is delivered within 8 weeks, carefully curated to tell the complete story of your wedding day. You'll also receive sneak peeks much sooner so you can relive your favorite moments right away. Signature Collection couples receive sneak peeks within 72 hours, while The Dowl Experience includes priority next-day sneak peeks.
Wedding of
London & Zachary
manitou springs, CO
London and Zach’s day was filled with their closest people — intentional, calm, and deeply felt. Set in Manitou Springs, Colorado at Craftwood Inn. Before the ceremony, they shared a quiet first touch just for them. They said their vows in the mountains, then stepped away for a sunset alone together before the celebration continued.
Wedding of
Sydney & Ian
Elbert, CO
Sydney and Ian’s wedding at Wildstone Ranch was a heartfelt family affair surrounded by peaceful farmland and beautiful Colorado views. Their day felt intentional, calm, and deeply personal as they celebrated with their closest family and friends.
Elopement of
Ashley & Kenneth
WINTER PARK, CO
Ashley and Kenneth traveled from Texas to the snowy mountains of Colorado to elope — just the two of them. From a quiet ceremony at a horse stable overlooking the view to sunset at the top of the gondola at Winter Park Resort, every moment felt electric. A white-out snowfall turned to golden light just in time, and their excitement, ease, and deep love carried through it all.
